January 2007 - Welcome

The publication of the first issue of Wildscape back in 2001 fulfilled a personal ambition which first surfaced around 1990, when I realised there was a need for a magazine which focussed on the interests of animal artists.

Wildscape will provide inspiration, as well as answers to some of the many problems faced by wildlife artists, whilst providing guidance and information to make your art more enjoyable.

With each issue, Wildscape will cover as wide a variety of subjects and media as possible, with quality, in-depth and informative articles by some of the leading exponents of the genre.
